Trader Joe's Gluten Free Bread Celiac. Sadly they have gotten rid of some gluten free items like gf breadcrumbs. I’m not trying to be gluten free.
They also have gluten brownie mixes and flour. Run, don’t walk, to your nearest tj’s and buy them. I had stopped by the local trader joe’s to pick up a few loaves of gluten free bread to test for a future post about all types of gluten free bread.
People with medical conditions such as celiac disease and gluten sensitivities cannot eat gluten , a protein found in wheat, barley, rye and derivatives of these grains, as it can make them very sick and result in damage and/or inflammation to their small intestines.
I do get tired of constantly cooking and like some “fast food” when the wheat eaters are having theirs. The pasta is very good and is $1.99/package. You really can’t beat that price. I have a family member that has been celiac for many decades and can’t touch the stuff.
