Is Tesco Yeast Extract Gluten Free. I have recently had a gluten reaction after putting tesco home brand yeast extract on my rice cakes at breakfast time 3 days on the trott around 11:30am on the 3rd day i got stomach cramps after expieriencing indigestion. Not msg but is it safe?

The label doesn't say this beer is suitable for vegans or gluten free ;
They also have a version in aldi too in case you were wondering. I haven't dared to eat marmite or marmite rice cakes since because i just don't know if it is safe. Yeast is also quite high b vitamins and sodium. Tesco yeast extract strong & savoury stirred over a gentle heat for a bold and tangy taste.
