1 tsp baking powder (or two if using a plain flour blend) ΒΌ tsp salt; 1 cup organic powdered sugar = 1 cup refined sugar. Make sure that the splenda you choose is not the coffee packet or brown sugar variety (or any other fancy alternative the company offers).
