For the purposes of providing this review pizza hut gave us a gift voucher to use at a restaurant of our choice. I was impressed with the quality of the new gluten free base at pizza hut. To me a lot of what makes a pizza good is the crust, and we won't get that texture with gluten free flours. I did not let them know in advance that we would be eating there and it did not affect my opinion of the restaurant in any way.
