A normal breadmaker allows gluten dough to rise and then it punches it down. Heat the oven to 190°c/375°f/gas mark 5. Put the liquids into the bread machine followed by the dry ingredients. Bake it at 350 degrees f for another 5 to 10 minutes, until it firms up.
