Firehouse Subs Gluten Free Review. Definitely better quality gluten free options in the area. Most of their breads, meats, dressings, and condiments are made without dairy (see lists above!).
Staff is friendly food is great. Also enjoy knowing you are helping your local first responders and fire department and police everytime you eat. So it has been a while!
Their gluten free bread is awesome.
A blend of tuna, mayo, relish and black pepper topped with provolone, served fully involved (mayo, deli mustard, lettuce, tomato, onion, kosher dill pickle on the side). Then the staff who is in earshot says they hate people who order gluten free that most time they are making it up. They have a good selection of salads. Make sure to tell them your celiac and they will change gloves and take precautions.
